I’m helping to create a service that can enable people to travel from any point A to any point B in the world. Disrupting the current ways transportation carriers have been operating and putting the customer at the center. Together with my teammates, we want anyone to travel anywhere at any time.
2020 – present
I helped scale the design organization across Europe, and together with research & content managers, we matured our UX operations. I worked in a triple leadership setup with product and engineering leaders focusing on strategy and the technical execution of Kiwi.com consumer product. My teams shaped the end consumer experience, including the website & mobile APP. We led the organization through a pandemic while improving our unit economics and retention.

2017 – 2020
I contributed to building the first help & support centre and new revenue streams through ancillary services (seat selection, insurance, hotels). Over time these features scaled to independent product teams. My focus was to drive the design process from initial problem definition to final engineering support. My closest peers were UX Writers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, Design System designers.
2015 – 2017
I helped to create tools for the future of education. I started as the first designer establishing product patterns. Together with the founders and first engineers we have built an all-in-one cloud based school administration ecosystem. Later, I continued to work on mobile apps and innovative growth experiments like a social network for schools.
2013 – 2015
As a freelancer I tackled various creative projects. From designing websites for political campaigns to creating promotions for musicians. My voluntary project on child abuse has been awarded by United Nations and officially acknowledged by the President of Slovakia. During these times I found my passion for journalism, filmmaking & writing.
